「Overall the place was nice and clean however, we were notified the day before that the kitchen pipes were frozen so we needed to lug water in from the bathrooms. The kitchen felt about 6 degrees C. Amenities were bare minimum. The people upstairs had young kids that were running and stomping around by 8am and we had one of our kids trying to sleep and be ready for his swim meet and was woken up early sat and sun due to this. 「The host didnt get in contact with me to give us check in info, then as we are sitting outside their front door in 35 degree heat someone came home and slammed the door. As we were sitting outside on the phone with VRBO the host canceled our reservation which we had for 2 months. Very disappointing, still waiting for VRBO to rectify this disappointing trip.」
