I loved it! It’s not very often you stay somewhere that the staff treats you like royalty! The special deliveries in the morning of French press coffee and beignets also evening tea and sweets. The spa massages were excellent!! Dinner was fabulous!

My husband and I felt so welcomed while staying at The Inn. The service was incredible. The grounds were well manicured and the restaurant was so good. My husband and I are spoiled with fantastic restaurants in the city we live in, so we weren’t sure what to expect in a small town. Well, the executive chef prepared our food to perfection. We were so happy with our experience the first night, that we canceled our other reservations the 2nd night and came back to eat at the restaurant. Shout out to Wednesday, Greg and Lauren (? I think her name is). Our massages were sooooo relaxing. Hannah and Nikki listened to our requests at the spa. The main spa director was also so nice & did a great job on my facial. Matt at the pool was friendly and worked the pool area making sure all guests were taken care of properly. While my husband and I walked the grounds on our 2nd night, we met Lynn, who was cleaning up after a rehearsal dinner. She stopped and took the time to speak with us and ask about our stay and raved about how wonderful it is to work at The Inn. A happy staff makes the overall experience that much more wonderful for the guests. And of course, we can’t forget Ray, the front desk lady with brown hair pulled back, and the 2 amazing women at the restaurant’s hostess stand. I wish I wasn’t so focused on my eye allergies while I spoke to these women to forget their names. Anyway, if you want the most relaxing experience with top notch staff, please visit!

Perfect getaway

The hotel is beautiful and as good as marketed. My girlfriend and I wish we had spent more time there but our stay was perfect for our first getaway in the COVID era. We will be back for longer when things are back to normal.

It’s very nice but for the National ranking and price I would have wanted the service and experience to be exceptional. Perhaps based on the pandemic and opening it may have had some implications. Spa was amazing and Nicci gave a facial that was exceptional plus. Best I ever had. Ask for her. She gives massages too. We stayed in cottage #10 and you could hear the traffic. Wouldn’t recommend the Newer cottages. Would rather try one of the other places on property. Spa and pool nice too very cozy... would recommend for a couples getaway.

Absolutely worth it!

We absolutely love this place. Out of the many trips we have taken, the Inn at Willow Grove is the only place we have come back to a second time. We stayed in the Tenant House Down and enjoyed our coffee on the covered porch every morning. The heated pool is gorgeous and makes a nice spot to spend the day. The restaurant on site never disappoints with fabulous food. The current world pandemic may have affected some of the service and typical goodies- nightly turn down, tea and a sweet treat, but all things considered, its a great place to indulge and unwind. Thanks to Kelsey, Michelle, John and the rest of the staff for a lovely weekend.

A lovely dog friendly place

a great place after a bit of juggling with the dog. It may be best to check with the place before as they had run out of pet friendly rooms which the site said they had but went out of their way to accommodate us. Had a lovely dinner outside with the dog attending as well.
