Summary:
'Barton' on March is a Federation House that has been lovingly renovated with all the features of a modern home but keeps the charm of country living.

Located ideally in the Orange CBD (2 blocks from the main street, Summer Street) with only a short walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, hotels and shops, you can get to most places on foot.

There are so many things to love about 'Barton' on March and we hope to welcome you to this special home on your next trip to our beautiful region.

Our home has ducted gas heating and a split system air conditioner for both cooling & heating as well as a woodfire if you wish to use this in the cooler months.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay

The Neighborhood:
We are conveniently located 2 blocks from the main street on a stunning heriatge and tree lined street.

The best way to discover all this town has to offer is to walk. Stroll to 'Groundstone Cafe' for one of the best breakfasts, or grab a coffee to go at the very popular Cafe window 'Crema on Lords'.
Walk to the monthly Farmers Market at 'Northcourt' behind the Orange Library, or take the family for play at Robertson park. You can even stroll up to Cook Park, about a 15-20 minute walk from our home - here you can feed the ducks, admire the gorgeous gardens, visit the guildry and simply, relax.

After a great day out walk to dinner at Mr Lims Korean, Birdie, Union Bank, Sweet Sour Salt or head for a drink at the Parkview or the Canobolas - nothing is too far from this prime location!!

Some of our best wineries and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

A very comfortable and convenient stay

The property was exactly as advertised, well located, spacious and clean. There were some minor issues with the bathrooms which were dealt with immediately, and communication with the owners was exemplary throughout. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Stylish Orange accommodation

The perfect place to stay in Orange with your spouse and friends. Stylish and very comfortable. Main bedroom at back of property has an ensuite and the other bedroom at front of property has a bathroom immediately opposite providing privacy for both couples. Nice and warm with gas heating and a fireplace. Very comfortable beds. The bath towels didn’t fit with the rest of our stay - not fluffy - thin and rough.

We enjoyed our stay in Orange and loved this cottage. It was so spacious and had everything we needed! The bedrooms were particularly lovely. We were able to walk into town and to the supermarket. We made a day trip to Bathurst which was great and visited Heifer Station winery, a top spot.

Very well located, no outdoor space as indicated, extremely clean, short on kitchen crockery for 4 people , seeing there was no dishwashers, but host fixed that pronto after requesting . Beautiful linen & sleeping quarters. Would definitely recommend this accommodation

Perfect location

We took my elderly mother to see our daughter who lives in Orange as she had never been. Location is perfect. My mother has a walker so the fact the property had 2 bathrooms and easily accessible showers was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely return.

Beautiful property in a great location

Really enjoyed staying at this property. The location in Orange was very central. While outside was chilly (1-2 degrees), inside was toasty with a fireplace, central gas heating and a comfy bed. The place was very spacious and had all the things needed for a short stay in Ornange. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful home in the heart of Orange. Walking distance to “downtown”, great pubs and restaurants to try. This house is so stylish, warm and cosy. Beds comfy and the wood fire is a gorgeous touch in July. Thanks so much, highly recommend. Will stay again.
