"The hot water only lasted one bath. Very difficult to give kids a bath with no warm water. The bbq also did not have any gas, which was disappointing after we had bought food for a bbq. Messaged the host about both of those things but got no response. "

"Well appointed room with plenty of space for a family of four. Split rooms were a great feature. Plenty of parking and the location was within walking distance to the centre of town. Staff were super helpful when we encountered an issue and our room was well made up each day with an assortment of breakfast options for our room"

"Clean comfortable be and linen. No desk to work on or eat in. Asked to be moved to room with desk (I should have checked when booking). Staff went out of their way to physically search for one and gave me one night there, as it was booked for the other nights I was staying. Paint peeling off bathrooms with some stains on wall. Booked with work credit card but was told that I had to use my personal card to pay upfront. So more paperwork for me."
