Beach Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The pros: not a crowded beach, on the beach, nice unit, easy bookingThe cons: didn’t list the type of coffee maker (regular style BTW, not pods), noisy neighbors (We could hear every step, door close all hours of night/say.), lots of night through blinds so made it hard to sleep in pass sunrise.

Property was as described. Great location. Beds were comfortable! Pools were nice except the indoor pool had excessive amounts of chlorine and it was difficult to be in the building for any length of time. Beach was great. Condo was great. Very good management communication.

CONSTRUCTION

Was a pretty crappy stay, considering that they did not inform that construction was going to be going on all day, every day, starting at 6 am. And they claimed two vehicles per stay, but then threatened us with a tow if we didn't purchase another parking pass for $60. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Great place

Beautiful condo, no problems with anything , never a wait for the elevator, always had plenty of parking available. Beach was not crowded . The beds were very comfortable, everything in the condo worked perfectly. The only thing I can find that wasn’t perfect were the floors had some sand still present when we arrived but we just swept the floors good and it was fine. We had a great time , we would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. Great location. Close to everything between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Well equipped with dishes, pots and pans,etc.Only complaint is the early morning wake up with construction on another floor (i guess that can't be helped though).

Great Stay at Orange Beach

Great experience from the initial booking to the checkout. The property was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture in every room. Great kitchen and awesome appliances. We loved that this was a smaller building, making access to the beach easier and less crowded. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. If this property comes up in your search, book it!

Orange Beach Spring Break

This property was the perfect place for our week. Easy check in and out, plenty of luggage carts to help load and unload - walk right out to the beach. Great location - can walk to dinner and entertainment.

We have never been to orange Beach before and it was amazing!! The beach was not too crowded considering it was spring break. The house was super clean and very nice.

Clean and So Convenient to Beach

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Loved smaller size condo building and short distance to sand. Condo kitchen was very well stocked! Wish there had been a bathroom on lower level of condo, but elevators were fast and walk was short enough to go back to condo. Pool did not look very clean, but we are beach people not pool people, so it really didn't matter to us.

Great place

The two back bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans so was very quite in the room which is hard for me because I use a fan lol also 2 of the TV box’s didn’t work. Place was very clean and the view was perfect and very short walk to the beach! Kids used the pool and it was good. Would 100% rent this place again!! Also there was no extra trash bags so make sure to bring extras 😀

Great stay

Ultimately we didn't stay in this condo as we were notified three days before our check-in that it was under construction. We were put up in The Enclave with a slightly larger condo which was beautiful!

Ok, not again

I reserved & paid for Romar , but I was advised it was still under construction and I had to choose a different condo the week prior to arrival. I did not receive the correct gate code to get on property, did not receive door code till day of arrival, ice maker in freezer did not work, ice maker machine next to dishwasher did not work, dish network box hanging from TV in one bedroom and took about 2 hours to get a signal to watch TV. I contacted management, nothing fixed during stay and no $ back. The condo was spacious, beds comfy, huge balcony with perfect view. Great location.
