Phoenix V 1105 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo that has AMAZING Gulf-front views from the 11th floor.

• Access to the gulf-front balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats eight and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Upon arrival, guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk ($55.00 each plus tax), limit 2 (credit or debit cards only).

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

The condo was perfect for our large family. We loved the location and the splash water park was perfect for our little kids. The three bedrooms are very spacious and the family room had plenty of space for all of us. There are no beach towels but Walmart is literally only 6 minutes away. We would definitely come back!

We go to this area every year, and this condo is our favorite one we've stayed at on the Gulf Coast! The owner was very professional and responsive, the condo was gorgeous and clean, the view was spectacular, and the location was the best.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our group. We all had plenty of space to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. The only thing that would've helped was of there would've been a few chairs at the table. We all look forward to coming back next year.

Loved the location. Its was easy to get in/put of the parking lot. The condo was beautiful and had everything to get us started. You do get 2 patking passes but you don't realize until you get the check in info that you have to pay $55 for each one when you check in. It was still worth it! Lots of things for children/teens to do.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The decor was very nice and the view was gorgeous! The Grandkids loved the splash pad, pool and beach! We all had a great time making new family memories!❤️

The condo unit itself was great. We were there for a softball tournament and all the other team members that visited were in awe of the spaciousness of our unit. All room were updated and nice. The mattresses, could use an upgrade, especially in the master, but they were not so bad that the impacted our stay. Unit was ready when we arrived and very clean and presentable. Only minor issue we had was when we were leaving and packing the car the door code was inactivated and did not work and it was only 945. Luckily my daughter was still inside and was able To let us in. But generally no complaints at all about the unit. Regarding the condo complex, the elevators are horrible and we’re worse during peak hours or checkin and checkout times. Not much the owner can do about this though. Overall I would consider this trip a success and well worth the price. Would definitely be interested in staying in this unit when and if we return to Orangw Beach.

The beds were super comfy. Everything was good except the dining room table does not have eight chairs like in the pictures on the listing. It only has five chairs. And the sink in the kitchen did not work properly. It barely dripped. The elevators on the property are really slow and always seem to be full. Overall, it's a good place to stay. We enjoyed it and we would go back. My grandson loved the splash pad and that was the reason we booked the Phoenix V.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. While the weather wasn’t great during our stay, we did enjoy the indoor pool and the kids were able to play on the splash pad which was a huge hit.

Joy was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Very roomy for our 7 people that stayed. The master bedroom bed was pretty comfy - not too hard or soft. The other king bed was more firm as well as the queen beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry machines were nice and for big loads. The Phoenix 5 complex is very nice with helpful friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful to be right on the beach.

We had a great trip and Joy was extremely responsive and quick when we needed her. Appreciate the stay. The condo was well furnished. The building was going through some repairs while we were there so had to ge rushed to the noise but all in all we enjoyed our trip!

We enjoyed our fall break stay in this beachfront condo. There is nothing like the beach being right off your balcony. The unit was clean with nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen. It was nicely decorated. We did experience issues with both the washer and dryer in our unit. The owner responded quickly to each issue and informed me both were scheduled to be replaced the next week. Also, we had nowhere near the number of towels that were supposed to be in the unit. A quick text to the owner got more delivered. My only strong negative is something the owner can't control- the elevator situation. There are only 4 elevators for the entire (large) complex. The majority of the week we were there, only 3 of them were in service. This led to major lines at peak times. Since the complex was probably less than half full, I cannot imagine how bad the waits must be in summer.
