Welcome to your stunning beachfront retreat! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a spacious and comfortable space for up to 10 guests. Located on the 3rd floor, you'll enjoy captivating views of the Gulf from the master bedroom and your beach-facing balcony.

In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed provides a regal and comfortable space for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom boasts two queen-sized beds, offering flexibility for your guests. For added convenience, a sofa queen in the living room provides extra sleeping space.

Both bathrooms are equipped with convenient tub-shower combinations, ensuring a hassle-free bathing experience.

The condo is thoughtfully designed with a TV in the master bedroom and the living room, offering spaces to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows. Stay connected with wireless internet, making it easy to share your vacation experiences with friends and family.

The unit is located directly over the pool, providing a great view and ambiance, and it's conveniently close to the elevator.

The building is well-appointed with an array of amenities, including an outdoor pool for soaking up the sun, an indoor pool for year-round enjoyment, a splash pool for family fun, and a hot tub for relaxation. Keep up with your fitness routine in the on-site fitness center, or challenge your friends to a game of tennis on the outdoor courts. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Best vacation!

We loved every minute of our stay at Phoenix East 2! The condo was the most well equipped we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was very organized and had every item needed to prepare meals. The location of the condo is perfect being close enough to restaurants and the grocery store without being in the middle of congestion. The view from the condo was beautiful and we spent much of our time on the balcony. The pool was family friendly and my daughter made a friend. It was the best vacation!
