Overall I wanted to rate our stay higher because the location is amazing, so close to the beach and shops and the property offered the amenities as was advertised however, the unit was not rent ready. A number of issues impacted our rating. The good stuff; check-in super easy, beds were comfortable, rooms and living space was ample, view was amazing! Bad stuff; dirty carpet, no smoke detectors, most windows didn't open or had broken glass, bath tubs with no way to plug them, lamps missing light bulbs, front bedrooms smelled musty if you closed the doors... Even with the issues I would still go back for the right price but the stay would have been 5 star across the board without these issues. Hoping the owner spends a bit more time getting it ready for the next group.
