Step into this charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo and experience coastal living at its finest.
Interior: With floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas, carpet and tile flooring, and ample comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa, you'll feel right at home as you soak in the stunning views of the bay, lazy river, and beautifully landscaped green space.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstand with a lamp, and an entertainment center with a flat-screen television, exuding cozy relaxation. In the master bedroom, neutral carpet sets the stage for a king-size bed flanked by matching nightstands and lamps, along with an armoire housing a flat-screen television. Indulge in luxury in the master bath, complete with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.
Kitchen: The kitchen boasts Corian countertops, white cabinets, and appliances including a flat top stove and side-by-side refrigerator.
Pull up a seat at the bar seating for four or gather around the wood dining table with six chairs for a meal with a view. Nearby, a convenient wet bar features a sink, icemaker, and plenty of barware, perfect for entertaining guests.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Family vacation 2024

Our first time staying on the bay side and we loved it! The lazy river is amazing & pool area is perfect! We will definitely be returning for future vacations!
