Phoenix on the Bay 1226 is the ideal family-fun beach retreat!  Fabulous amenities include a lazy river, multiple pools, hot tubs, a pickleball court, and more. Enjoy captivating views of the bay including Perdido Pass just off Terry Cove. Great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues are only a short drive away. 
Parking registration is required for onsite parking. A valid email address and mobile number are required for registration. We will complete the registration for you, and you will receive an email containing a link to register and pay for your parking registration.

2nd GUEST ROOM: (1) DOUBLE BED & TWIN BUNK BEDS
This sophisticated 3 bed/3 bath condo graces the shores of the Bay, providing endless opportunities to enjoy its natural beauty. Adorned with beautiful decor, this unit boasts a spacious living room, perfect for gathering with family and friends, complete with a large Smart TV featuring Cable and streaming options. Step onto the expansive private balcony, where panoramic views unfold, and savor the scene with your favorite beverage.
The dining area accommodates 6 guests at the dining table, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. Within this space, discover a wet bar equipped with a blender for creating smoothies or your preferred adult beverage as well as a brand-new Keurig coffee machine. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals for your loved ones on the evenings you choose to stay in.
The spacious king suite offers access to the private balcony overlooking the pool and features a private bath with a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms feature a private bath with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms are equipped with cable-ready Smart TV's also offering streaming options. High-Speed Internet is provided throughout the unit.
**IMPORTANT** Watercraft Registration & Insurance Requirements:
All watercraft are to be registered at the POB Service Desk. Guests will be provided a temporary band with specific information on it.
All watercraft shall have proof of liability insurance ($300K minimum) to be shown when registering the watercraft at the Service Desk.
All watercraft using the boat launch and marina slips are to be registered and have proof of insurance, not just those with assigned slips.
CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel, EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.
IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for the Gold Star White Glove Treatment.
COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix on the Bay I offers spectacular waterfront views and fabulous amenities including a lazy river, kiddie pool, zero-entry pool, pickleball court, indoor heated pool and hot tubs, tennis courts and grilling area. Two parking spaces are available for this property. Parking passes must be purchased at the Front Desk upon your arrival and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. You may also bring your boat! Boat slips are available to rent during your stay. The slips will accommodate up to a 60ft boat! For pricing and availability of a boat slip, please contact the front desk at Phoenix on the Bay. There are also spaces available for your trailer. However, the spaces cannot be reserved in advance as they are available on a first come, first serve basis.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
