Nieuw Molenwijk is the former coach house of the adjacent Molenwijk estate. The 5-person holiday home used to house the horses.
Thanks to the thorough restoration, the house fully meets modern requirements.
Everything is spread over 2 floors. You enter into the living room with a seating area, dining area, and open kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, including a shower and toilet.
Via the stairs in the living room, you reach the second double bedroom. From this bedroom, you access the second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and you also reach the third single bedroom.
There is a private parking space and a garden with garden furniture. Furthermore, there is a covered bicycle storage area.
Made-up beds are included.
