to be fair the property is under renovation but at the moment it’s in terrible condition. There was no Internet and no TV, the room was not made up from day-to-day, and the exterior structure and grounds are not maintained

Good afternoon we usually travel in the summer for family reunion. Staff is always helpful and nice our stay was alright only problem the bed was raised high almost like u have to climb in it.

The Quality Inn was horrible. I booked in June 2026. Apparently, there was a change in ownership since my reservation and they refused to honor reserved rate to my reservation. They tried to charge me double the rate I was originally promised. I was left without a reservation and had to find another accommodation last minute. I even spoke with the hotel manager who refused to honor my reservation. He refused and said that he could get twice my quoted rate. FYI, there were two separate reservations made on Expedia at that rate and neither one was honored by the hotel. This doesn’t reflect well on Expedia’s reputation.

The hotel is more like a motel. No accommodations for a family with children with regards to activities and there is no pool. This is a quick stay place to sleep only. The benefit is the hotel is near eateries and shopping stores.

I have spent more than three years of my life in hotels and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The outside looked deserted - I thought the hotel was closed. It turns out the ownership had changed since I made my reservation. It was not honored. Why? Because the manager said it was made with the prior owner and the current rate was twice what my reservation was for. He admitted that he wouldn’t honor it because he could make twice as much money! A shameful way to treat a customer! I will never again stay at this hotel (I travel to this town at least once each year) and I am disinclined to stay at Quality Inns if this is the way that customers are treated.

We stayed at this hotel just for a night before a local cycling event that was starting early the next day. It was a fine stay and the staff was friendly. But the property needs updating. The door to the room looks like it was retrofitted to accept card entry but a previous lock was removed and hole was just left open. The carpet at the entrance is frayed. The bathroom was clean but it could use new plumbing fixtures, especially the bathtub which looks to have been refinished shoddily. The bathroom door does not close because the door is misaligned. The pillows are flat. The exterior of the property is not maintained with an overgrown lawn and grass growing in the cracks of the driveway. I honestly thought we were at the incorrect address as it looked like the hotel was permanently closed. Also the sign for the previous name "Onley Inn" is still up We are not planning to stay here next time.

Paid $85. Was a bit more than what it offered for a budget hotel. The room is clean, beds comfortable. The shower doesn’t have much pressure and they stated they have breakfast, but a party of 3 they would only give us one paper bag with a banana and small frozen muffin. This is a passing by budget hotel.
