Hillbrook Estate is centred around the luxurious main house - a grand 7-bedroom homestead in the style of a Scottish mansion.
Which sleeps up to 16 guests.
Adjoining the main house are two beautifully appointed self-contained executive suites, known as "The Stables". The stables both have a fireplace and kitchenette.
They have been renovated immaculately and can provide just that little more privacy away from the main house.
Additional charge applies for each of the stables to accommodate up to 20 guests. Please enquire.

All bookings have exclusive use of the property (i.e. if you book The Main House, the Stables will not be offered to another group)
All bookings have access to all the features of the property: the media room, the indoor swimming pool, spa pool, all outdoor areas and beach track.

Ground level has 2x toilets and a shower room near the indoor pool

Stables (Additional charge)
BEDROOM 8 Large Stable 1. Executive self-contained suite- 1 Bedroom Studio room with queen bed on mezzanine floor. Private ensuite and kitchenette at ground level. Suitable for 2 adults.
BEDROOM 9 Stable 2: Executive self-contained suite- 1 Bedroom Studio room with queen bed, and king single trundle bed on mezzanine floor. Private ensuite and kitchenette at ground level. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Operational Requirements under / New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework. All guests and visitors who are accessing the property must present COVID-19 Vaccination Pass on arrival to Hillbrook Staff. OR a negative COVID test result. (Within 72 hours of arrival)
