「Staff was friendly but lacked training on their new system. Breakfast is now $10 and that is very disappointing. 」

「We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. 」

「The hotel was functional. The staff were never at the front desk though, you had to call them to get someone to help. The breakfast was also very empty. I came down at 7am (breakfast was 6-9) on Saturday morning and I was the only person down there. However, the only options were 6 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, or half a pan of runny eggs. There was a machine for waffles as well. That would be my only major place of improvement would be the breakfast and the staff could have been more attentive....

「We were here on the coldest days of the week but the heater worked pretty good. Kept us toasty. Not much shopping areas close. Not much of a good place to sit down and eat. The room was clean but it did have some chipping in the bath tub. We had our granddaughter and she likes baths but had to take a shower instead because of the chipping but at least she was clean. This place was alright. 」

「Walked to Aggieville and had dinner with our KState student and his friends. Then walked back to the lobby and played yard games on the patio with the kids. This is a great place to meet up with your student and relax. 」

「The gym wasnt there, the lighting in the room was awful, the shower was not good , gave me a r[m someone was already in i used the key and ended up walking into a room that someone was already in . Super embarrassing. The bed had a lump in the middle of it .」
