Downstairs, the open living room has two sofas that create a great conversation zone and gathering area for the fun stories of the day. The adjacent dining table seats four. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a loveseat flanking the coffee table. The room has highlights of large ceramic vases to enjoy. The living area also has a queen bed separated by a pony wall and full cabinet creating a touch of privacy in the studio space. The living room has a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

The kitchenette, with white tile countertops, comes equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is no oven. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

Upstairs the loft has a queen bed and the second bathroom. It also has a TV making the top floor a great escape zone.
