「The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The main concern we had was the absence of communication. There are no staff at the hotel and communication is via a phone. There is a screen to checkin. The issue for us was you needed your booking reference number which eventually found had been sent months earlier and was in junk mail. We were not alone with groups of people struggling with checkin whilst we stood in a queue. It would have been better if an email had been sent 24 hours...

「Pros: Ich und mein Hund wurden so nett begrüßt, es ist alles da, was mensch und hund brauchen und die Umgebung ist einfach herrlich. Eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort zwischen allen Unternehmungen, die man in der Gegend so machen kann.」

「Pros: Gute Lage ,telefonisch guter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Cons: Manchmal wünschte man sich schon ein bisschen mehr Kontakt zu den Gastgebern.Die einen dann auch mal Ausflugstipps geben könnten . Im Netz suchen oder aus den Broschüren ist auch nicht immer das Wahre...」

「Pros: De host/ eigenaar Claudia was fantastisch. Goed geouttileerd appartement met buiten zitplaatsen in de tuin. Goede uitvalsbasis om tirol te ontdekken. Cons: Eigenlijk geen negatieve opmerkingen.」
