He was prompt to answer any questions or concerns. He even sent me a text to warn me a tornado was in the area and want to make sure I was aware. "I think this place would be great for a short stay. I was here for a long stay and it was fine. I had issues with things breaking. The dishwasher broke and the gate to the parking lot also broke. The washer was finicky. Sometimes it would just randomly stop in the middle of a load and then my clothes would be sitting in stagnant water. The management company was great to work with and fixed things quickly but the fact that things kept breaking was inconvenient. The location felt safe and had...

"The hotel was amazing. It is conveniently located to many of the sites and attractions. There are also multiple activities just on the hotel property. It is conveniently located near the Metro Rail as well. The Clock Tower rooms that we stayed in were very comfortable with coffee pod maker, king size bed, cable TV and historically appointed photos. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel was literally at the Arch. Our room had an excellent front view of the St Louis Arch. We watched the 4th of July celebration from our room. The hotel was also walking distance to St Louis Cardinals baseball stadium and many restaurants. "
