「私達が日本人夫婦なので、経緯を表して、ホテルに日本の国旗をかかげてくれる、気配りの行き届いたステキな感動するホテルでした。宿泊日に生理になってしまい、ナプキンがなくて困っていた私に、英語でナプキンってなんて言うかわからずGoogle翻訳の画面見せてこれ(サニタリーになってました)ください、といっても、サニタリーは通じないみたいでしたが一生懸命何のことか聞いてくれ、その後すぐ通じて自腹のポーチから私に恵んでくれた従業員さんもいました。 設計自体迷路のようなお城だからか、常に従業員が立っていてお困りですかー？迷いましたかー？などきいてくれるので、迷って困った、などということはありませんでした。バスタブがなくシャワーだけだったのが唯一の欠点でしたが、お姫様みたいな天蓋のベッドや広すぎるお部屋、モーニングルームサービス(有料)、どれをとっても本当に素敵すぎるホテルでした。友達の結婚式がこのホテルであるため、このホテルに宿泊しましたが、結婚式での食事もそれはそれはおいしくって！ 本当に最高のホテルでした。」
