"Excellent location and I loved my sea view. Nice to have a comfortable chair and ottoman in the room and the high ceiling. Very helpful staff and great breakfast buffet at nearby property. I’m a light sleeper and I could hear footsteps from the room above me and as people descended the stairs. The top level room would be ideal to avoid this. Bottled water and coffee pods were not replenished but you could purchase. Nice shower but I felt it could benefit from a deep cleaning."

"Hotel location is excellent for the old town and port . Very quick and easy check in . Room was clean but smaller than expected. The central lift was incredibly noisy , so much so it woke is up many times each night . Breakfast was more than adequate and well displayed , unfortunately even though we were on the top floor , we could smell the bacon cooking from very early in the morning. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was ok but Not for us this one tbh ."

"This hotel was nice and the rooms were quite modern. We had the two bedroom. The check-in was fine at the other property and a young man helped us roll our bags to the second property. The bed was just OK. It was a terrible. It wasn’t great. There was a lovely veranda on our floor. We were room six, but we were never told about it. We just discovered it on our last night and never got to go out there and have a coffee or a glass of wine. There was no service out there, but it would’ve been nice to buy a bottle of wine and people watch on the Venetian Harbour out there. So that was a disappointment and a place for the hotel could do better for the people staying in the secondary property the view wasn’t great from room six it was an alleyway with residential buildings around. They are quite responsive in the lead up to our stay through Expedia messaging and then they gave us a phone number to send WhatsApp messages and they confirmed for us that there were some nearby beaches and beach bars, and restaurants open for us to do a little trip out of the town. If you are OK with kind of a self serve feeling, we would recommend the hotel, but we had just come from a luxurious five star resort with many many amenities so there was a bit of a contrast there for those with mobility issues the stairs up to the suites are quite steep and old-fashioned so it may not be suitable for everybody."
