Tolle Unterkunft direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Große, moderne Zimmer und sehr freundliche Rezeption. Mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Besuch in dem hervorragenden Hotel mitten in Chania!

The location could not be better!! Right in the city center. So close to the bus station. All the tours are picking you up minute away from the hotel. Nice room views. Very pleasant staff. Room was cleaned every day, thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais des chambres louées : pas de personnel permanent a l'accueil. Mais possibilité de les joindre par téléphone si besoin et ils répondent très vite. Situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Grande chambre.

The room was really nice-clean, spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Conditioner worked fine. I even got an upgrade, so this was a nice touch. There was a good communication from the property as well, they informed about check-in and check-out process. Staff is not present at all times, but are available nearby, you just have to call. When I couldn’t figure out how to open an entrance door, check-in lady showed up within 5 minutes and assisted. The only downside of the stay was a constant noise. There’s a construction during the day in front of the property (to be fair, they informed about it in advance, and it’s completely out of their hands), and a loud restaurant on the street at night (like really loud). I had earplugs so was able to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper as myself, you have to be prepared. Overall-great location, great facilities, fairly priced.

Great place to stay right in the middle of old town, high stairs if that's a problem, no parking near by, very clean rooms and friendly service, room on the smaller side, great balcony, would recommend this place to stay and explore all the nearby attractions, great recommendations about local entries by the host, would stay here again next time visiting. Recommended for couples.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Kind, helpful staff. The area around the property was wonderful, with plenty of restaurants and tourist sights within walking distance. The one thing that was a bit difficult was the fact that there is no elevator, so you have to haul your bags up multiple flights of stairs. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Très bon emplacement, en plein centre de Chania, proche du vieux port, des commerces et de la plage. Le personnel est accueillant. Des restaurants se trouvent juste en bas de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Tout est accessible à pied et le port est à seulement cinq minutes. Belle chambre, bien décorée et agréable. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours faire le ménage. En revanche, quelques cheveux étaient présents sur le sol de la chambre à mon arrivée et durant le séjour même si le sol était aspiré tous les jours. L’hôtel ne fournit pas de chaussons gratuits, il est donc préférable de prévoir les siens dans sa valise. Des chaussons gratuits seraient appréciés. Le nettoyage du sol pourrait être plus soigné. L’hôtel et la chambre reste propre c’est juste que les cheveux gâchent un peu. Sinon ça reste correct.

Hotel ristrutturato molto di recente. La posizione è fantastica: ottima per godersi il centro storico a piedi ed allo stesso tempo ottimale se si ha un auto e la si deve parcheggiare. A tal proposito consiglio la piazza Markopoulou od il parcheggio (sterrato) vicino alle mura (35°30'50.9"N 24°01'01.0"E). Le camere sono pulite, non enormi ma con tutto il necessario ed il servizio cambio asciugamani e biancheria ottimo. Dal bel terrazzino si gode la vista su di una via animata ma senza eccessi ed è presente anche un piccolo stendino utilissimo per i costumi: bravi! Se devo fare un appunto aggiungerei qualche appendino in più in camera ed in bagno visto che lo spazio ci sarebbe... Noi abbiamo avuto un piccolo problemino con lo scarico della doccia leggermente intasato e con il climatizzatore che era un po' rumoroso: ho segnalato il tutto e sono intervenuti prontamente purtroppo però il problema è rimasto... Ma questo sicuramente riguardava solo la nostra stanza. In generale la struttura è più che promossa (anche calcolando il prezzo ottimo...) e se torneremo a Chania sarà sicuramente la nostra base

Location is amazing! Right in the heart of old town. The cleaning lady is so friendly and welcoming. All reception staff were very helpful. Rooms are really modern and clean. The communal stairs are quite steep so if you’re not very mobile you may struggle. It’s a really busy street but the windows were really good and kept the sound out. Would stay here again!

Hotel is very well located within the old town, a 7 minute walk to the Venetian harbour and 2 minutes to the Agora Bus stop. The suite we booked was small but was functional for our 10 day stay. We had a nice balcony to view the street life below. Would recommend booking one of the larger suites for 2 people if your stay is a week or longer. Shower, small fridge, and AC worked great, note the shower drain was slow, probably due to the greek piping system which cannot handle large volumes of water but we adjusted by using less pressure. Staff here are very kind and helpful, special mentions to Matilda(reception) and Monika(house keeping) for taking care of us during our stay. Note, there is music and noise at night since the property is close to a lively street. If you are a light sleeper, this may hinder you. For us it was manageable.
