"This property is absolutely perfect! Perfect location if you’re visiting your college kid or here to see a football game. It’s a 15 minute walk to the stadium and a 10 minute walk to Fraternity Row. Restaurants are walking distance and everything else is 5-15 minutes away by vehicle. The property was so clean and cozy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer were a lifesaver. I can not rave enough about this property. I will be staying here every time I visit. If I could give it 10 stars I would. There is not one negative thing I can say about this place. It was perfect for us. "

"Property is immaculately kept, nicely furnished, the complex is quiet and would stay here again. However, full disclosure, there are no cutting knives or bottle opener and the bedrooms are tiny so one side of the double bed is flush with the wall which can make getting in and out of bed difficult if two people are sleeping in the same bed. Excellent communications from the property mgr. "

"There was a mixup for my reservation for my one night stay .. it was cancelled not by me and no fault of the hotel manager or desk clerk it was due to third party resevation company ..The clerk ,manager and i got it all worked out good thing i had my email conformation and my credit card app to show when and when tranactions were done .i had made the 4 hour trip from west Tennessee to starksville Mississippi with my elder mom for family members graduation they took my information i had a was able to make sure we got a room .She was very nice about the situation told me relax we make sure you have good stay and see your family member walk that stage.upon check out the same two were on duty and asked how our room and stay was and asked about our graduate and wished her best luck for future .."
