"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We came to Starkville for family weekend at Mississippi State University. It was me my husband, my daughter’s father, his wife and another parent/family friend. The location is fabulous! You’re just steps away from the cotton district and historic downtown. The townhouse was very clean and accommodating. We liked that the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The homeowner left some coffee pods, which we appreciated. There was one problem with a discrepancy between what was documented in the listing versus what was actually at the property. But, the homeowner was very responsive and took care of our issue to our satisfaction. And, to my understanding, the listing is now fully correct. I highly recommend this property! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. "

"This property was perfect for our game weekend in Starkville. The interior is so charming, decorated fantastic and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and easy to contact. I reached out before we left to find out if the property had a couple things I wanted, when we arrived they were for us, despite orginally not having them. 100 out of 100! "
