Good location & space

The house is in a great location and neighborhood and has lots of space to spread out with a large group. It was clean but just need of some TLC. The beds/bedding were ok - not great. Some of the towels were really thin. The sectional in one of the living rooms was in bad shape.

Wedding

The house is in a nice neighborhood. The downstairs was clean. The upstairs how ever was not. There was stuff behind the doors. Bathing suit crotch stickers stuck to the dresser.The owner seemed nice. Contacted about my meds that got left behind & I asked him to mail them to me & take the cost for mailing out of the deposit & still nothing back from him & no meds.The upstairs bathroom overflows & it’s obvious that it happens quite often. The cleaning company he uses needs to be told that the upstairs needs more attention. It all around felt nasty upstairs.If the owner doesn’t know these things then he can’t fix them. Over all the house is great for large groups & would be amazing if a lot more attention to cleanliness was directed.

Not as advertised, home is currently being renovated

Photographs incredible, not how it was when we got there. Lots of broken items - ripped pool table felt, construction dust in every room despite "deep cleaning" that was advertised. My son found a canister of chewing tobacco in his bed and dirty underwear on the side of the bunk bed (just gross). The game room had multiple gaming consoles - all were damaged, broken and unable to turn on. There was 1 remote control with batteries that worked - we had to take it from room-to-room to I can tell the home is undergoing a renovation, which is great, but it isn't there yet. The neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Not what promised

The house was beautiful but too full of issues. Advertised things that were not available or were broken. The oven was not working on Wednesday but lit up and worked by Thursday noon. Glad we were not cooking a turkey. The AC floor grate cover in kitchen by refrigerator is broken. The pool table had a broken cue, and the other cues had no tips. Rip in the felt. This was a big deal since one of the reasons we booked your house was for the pool table. Unable to open lock by code on the door by the garage. Had to use the front door. The front door does not stay closed unless the deadlock is engaged. No batteries in the tv remote in first floor TV room. The TV upstairs in the media room would not connect to Wi-Fi so couldn’t use TV or PS3. If we could have used PS3 there was only one game. Master bathtub faucet drips loudly. Can not turn all the way off. Upstairs king bedroom – no cover on ceiling light, bare bulb. The bathroom floor is dirty, not mopped. Bedroom three – shower broken. Able to take baths only. Bedroom four – shower door broken. No bath available. The upstairs balcony door is very hard to open, and the railing is broken. So useless.

Nice Edmond Home

Perfect house for our family for wedding weekend. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to shops, golf courses and I-35. Would stay at this home again.

Girlfriend Reunion

Six ladies gathered once again to renew friendships from high school days, decades in the past. The house was roomy and provided places to gather in large and small groups over the long weekend. The kitchen had everything needed for breakfast meals. There was initially a minor problem with the heat which John quickly resolved, except for the room over the garage. However there were plenty of beds and baths so that adjustments were soon made. This was an ideal location and this lovely and roomy home was perfect for the occasion.
