This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Lovely property near 2 different subway lines for convenient outings. Clean and spacious rooms with every ammenity a person could need.

Room was clean and set up well. Rather small by western standards but very functional. Easy check in and great location close to the train. Had the breakfast which was well prepared but limited main dish options. Buffet options were excellent.

We stayed stayed two nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful. They arranged taxi service, brought our bags to our room, and answered questions about the area. The buffet at the Garden Court resaurant had a variety of offerings and great service. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Kanayama station and shops. We would stay here again.

If has one clean room is more better

This is my second time staying at this hotel. We left our phone at the reception when we checked out. We didn’t know until the receptionist run after us and brought our phone. It had been more than 5 min after we left the hotel. She must have been looking for us quite a while in 95 Celsius hot weather. We were so touched by her kindness.The staff were all kind and friendly. The room was very clean and amenities were good. The location was close to the station and convenient. We are very pleased...

Me and my family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch next to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the mall. With a grocery store next door, and plenty of food options within a 1 minute walk I highly recommend this hotel.

All staffs are very nice and helpful.
