With a pool table, games galore, projector, huge kitchen, formal dining room, you don’t even need to leave to have an unforgettable experience. Home owners live downstairs with their two lovely GSH breed dogs.
This spectacular sun drenched home was built in 1925 and has been lovingly restored and meticulously designed to celebrate the decadence of the home’s original elegance. Original penny tile and cast iron tub still grace the bathroom, original hardwood floors, chandelier, sconces and built-ins have all been restored. Both bedrooms boast king sized beds with peaceful personality, and tasteful updates like subtle canned lights and a washer/dryer have been made to tastefully elevate a modern experience.
