We had a really nice family vacation at this property. There’s plenty of room to spread out in the house. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the dock, but a nice seating area by the water and somewhere to keep your boat is convenient.

Water access is poor.

If you want to play in/on the water, this is not the spot. A dense copse of trees in a deep ravine blocks any view of water, and a gravel path of 30% grade for about 300 feet on the west border accesses an elevated deck with a dock below Otherwise, the house is great, access to the highway is great , the area is great.
