気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Such a shame, this house has so much potential. We were impressed on entry at the size and decor- but it sorely lacked proper housekeeping (dirty dishes in dishwasher, dead beetles everywhere, dust, porches are filthy) and is in need of large repairs (the screens are ripped out and hanging on the porch, shade torn and hanging off window, brush has overgrown the paths and there’s no railing for anyone older to hold at the entry stairs.) The location requires a good bit of driving to get to activities, so we were really looking forward to the using the pool during the heatwave. First thing we did was send pics of all the damage and request the pool fob, nowhere to be found. The property management company VueCasa proceeded to reassure us every single day until we left (a day early I might add) that they were “working on it.” Kept thanking me for my “patience and understanding.” I lost hours of vacation on my phone. Pool access never materialized and we weren’t comfortable begging neighbors to get out of the pool and let us in. At one point someone from VueCasa replied to me they were working to get housekeeping to address the “bug bite issues,” -they could not even be bothered to review the chat conversation to keep straight what they were talking about. Property management company is still reassuring me they’ll address our complaints- but have not. There’s better managed rentals that don’t also hit you with exorbitant fees.
