Bay Forest is an AMAZING resort community located ~5 miles from beautiful Bethany Beach featuring extraordinary amenities and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom plus loft with 2.5 bath vacation house features a casual elegance throughout and includes central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, WiFi, sunroom, charming patio and gas grill. Bay Forest features three pools which include two slides, a lazy river, and a lap pool plus separate tot pool for little ones! There is also basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, nature trails and biking paths, playgrounds, beach shuttle and crabbing pier. Off season available.

** Please note that the Bay Forest community charges $50/person (for anyone age five and older) for use of the community amenities. This payment will be paid directly to the Owner 30 days prior to arrival.

** Please note: Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are not included. There are hand towels, dish towels, and bath mats which may be used, but will need to be washed by the guests before departure. Disposable products (soaps, shampoos, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee, basic spices etc.) are not guaranteed, but I will try to have upon your arrival.
