A must see. Stunning, new home in Ocean View estates/Bethany, just 2.2 miles to Beautiful Bethany Beach. Go North and within 15 minutes you will be at Dewey Beach, then 5 more minutes to Rehoboth Beach. Travel south approximately 10 minutes to Fenwick Island, and 15 more minutes to Ocean City, MD or stay local and within a 5 minute drive to Bethany Beach.

This house is equipped with a stunning furnished open floor plan with a large vaulted ceiling, fireplace and kitchen island makes this comfortable for many to enjoy and gather. This house can accommodate 8 adults and up to 12 guests, it has 4 bedrooms with first floor owners suite.

Outside the house enjoy waking up in the morning and having a cup of your favorite beverage and feel the ocean breeze in the area on the newly designed deck and patio. Firepit available for gatherings with friends and family while also enjoying some grilling.

Property was very well taken care of and plenty of room. Owners were very responsive-initially when we arrived the water w as shut off but the owner immediately called the water dept to fix the problem and offered a refund. I would rent again

Beautiful Home, Quick Drive to Ocean

A great property in nice neighborhood. It was a close drive to the beach and a perfect neighborhood for biking or walking around. I stayed there with a larger family group and the living area was big enough that we could all cook dinner and play games every night. It worked out really well for us.

The house was exactly as described on VRBO. It would have been nice to have a bit more info on how to operate the TV, Alarm system & fans, heating & air system...but we managed. 4 heads better than one :-) overall we figured it out. But that did not take away from the house at ALL It was CLEAN..The neighbors were so friendly. We will be BACK!! Soon! :-)

Gorgeous and spacious vacation home

This house is beautiful! My family and I had plenty of room to gather and lounge, and it was hard to remember to take advantage of the proximity to boardwalk and other amenities. We just wanted to enjoy the house! What a nice problem to have. Very quiet neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and charming off-season stay

We took a quick trip to Bethany Beach with our kids and puppy. What a charming town! This house is wonderfully outfitted with EVERYTHING we needed, from the coffee maker to the dog gates. It is large and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just a quick drive to the beach and boardwalk. I would recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back.

Beautiful House in a Really Friendly Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are very particular when it comes to cleanliness. This house exceeded our expectations. Even though it is a pet friendly home, there were no signs (or smells) of pets. It is very spacious. Plenty of room for our three teenagers to have their own space.

Beautiful Pet Friendly Home

This was by far the best pet friendly home we've ever stayed at close to the beach. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our three families (my daughters, son-in-laws, grandchildren and myself). The drive to the beach was short(about 5 minutes) and Hilse, the host, could not have been more responsive! She was so helpful and quick to answer my questions. On top of all of that, she left ingredients for s'mores which made my family very happy.

Beautiful Pet Friendly Home Near the Beach

This was out third stay at this home - a lovely destination. 3 adults plus two cocolate labs had plenty of room in this modern, tidy, well-kept, comfortable home. Huge master bedroom suite, high ceilinged living room/kitchen/dining room - open floor plan. 5 minute drive to the beach and all the good restaurants around Bethany Beach. Hilse and Jon are responsive and informative so let them know if you need anything at all. Just remember to bring your own comforters for the beds, towels and personal items - it's not a hotel! 5 stars!

Excellent Bethany Beach Getaway

I traveled for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The hosts were courteous and very responsive to our questions. Upon arriving, we were welcomed with a s’mores gift to enjoy with the fire pit which was unexpected and thoughtful. The house was super clean and high tech with smart devices in each room and separate smart thermostats to control the temperatures upstairs and downstairs. The appliances were new and the home felt brand new. Although there was no street parking, the hosts allowed us to use their garage and had no problem parking our three vehicles. The house was centrally located to many attractions with Bethany Beach 10 minutes away, Rehoboth and Ocean city 30 minutes away. We were able to squeeze in all three during our stay. Overall, it was a great trip and we hope to visit again!
