Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The kitchen was well stocked and the garage had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. Great location, close to everything.

Comfortable Family Stay

The property was well located close to the beach and standard amenities for ease of food shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The layout of the home was accommodating for welcoming other family in the area for gatherings. It was a great stay that we hope to repeat in the future!

Great Place to Stay

This home was a perfect spot for our family to hangout, play games, and walk to nearby restaurants. It was an easy bike ride or drive to the beach and downtown Bethany area. We would love to stay here again.

Great beach getaway!

This house was perfect for a long weekend away with family. The house was beautifully decorated with an open kitchen/dining/living area perfect for family meals and games. Great location close to Bethany Beach and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved this rental and will likely book again!

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time at this location - lots of room & has everything you need for the beach ! Pool was nice and close. Kitchen was well equipped. Property owner was very friendly and always available for questions. Loved our stay !

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying here and the house and location are still great. We love visiting Bethany and much more manageable in the off season. The location is perfect, a short drive/walk right into town with plenty of other things to do, places to eat right across the street from the house. The neighborhood is great for kids as well.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This home has everything to make sure your beach vacation is fun and convenient. Beautiful rooms, bathroom and a large open living space made for a very comfortable experience. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. We love Bethany and these accommodations were exactly what we needed to make sure our vacation was a 10!

Bethany beach

House and neighborhood was nice. Main road to the beach was very busy and congested at times. Not bad early/late in the day. Pool was very nice, clean and had a shower and bathroom. Our week was very comfortable and relaxing.

Great location

This was near everything but back away from the main street. Sits right next to the pool which everyone loved! Has everything you need even nightlights in all the rooms which was very helpful. Only complaint was the bed pillows were not the best. Thanks for a great time!

My family of 8 had a great stay at this home. The property is exactly as listed and had everything needed on 1st floor for someone who can’t go up stairs. Very clean, beautiful kitchen, TV’s in all bedrooms except for kids room, community pool right next door, Weber grill w/gas, bikes and beach gear. We really enjoyed the many deer that came each evening right to back porch. Host was excellent & very responsive which any questions. Property is very close to everything and walking distance to Bonkeys Ice Cream. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again !!

Spacious house for family vacation

Had a great week with our two small kids and my 75 y/o father. Bedroom downstairs enabled him to avoid stairs, second living room enabled us to spread out, great kitchen and large dining area. The pool is right next door which was awesome - we could wander over without having to load up the car and run back to the house for snacks or if we forgot something. Used the pool a ton, short drive to the beach. Walked to mini golf and the ice cream place next door. Owners were extremely communicative and responsive. Highly recommend for a family trip!

A beautiful home and very spacious just needs a good cleaning!

The house itself was fantastic, gorgeous even! Very large and spacious for your whole family. We did have some issues though with the cleanliness. There were socks and garbage in the kids room behind the bunks that were not ours, and lids and caps from bottles that were not ours in other rooms by the beds. There was a beer bottle on the deck left from someplace else as well. The dishwasher was broken and had dirty foul dishes in it. The owner did respond to all questions we had quickly, however, we went Friday-Monday with no dishwasher and foul smelling dishes left from the previous renters. The owner did provide linens and towels but only one towel per person for 4 nights and when we were left to do the dishes by hand we were short towels for everyone to shower. The pans are in need of an upgrade. The Teflon is peeling and ends up in all your food. The location was fantastic though and we did have a great time!

Almost Perfect but still great

Terry & April W. While every other review gushes about the property, we mostly agree with everyone else's take. However for our experience, the listing had included towels/linens and bedding sheets but we were told that we needed to bring towels and sheets along. We had chosen this particular house because of the included amenities of not having to lug our own towels and bed sheets. The Expedia version of this listing still lists the bed sheets as being included as of this review. In the light of everything, we were lucky that we were informed of needing to bring our own sheets and towels not more than mere minutes before we departed from our home for the beach. Yet, we did have to scramble for sheets and towels when the kids, a 4 year old and a 2 year old, had already been buckled into their child seats. We would like to rate this a 4.5 star listing but since there is no option, it will have to be a 4 star review overall. Other than that slight speed bump, it was a great place to be and very nice property. PS- We're not used to the low-flow shower heads but it wasn't a deal-breaker, just FYI.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

This home was immaculate and perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. From the moment we booked and were alerted to the homeowner's contact info, he was so responsive! Any question we had, he answered timely and efficiently and of course ever so pleasantly. I did ask quite a lot of questions too! The home comes with 7 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a bunch of camp chairs, 4 beach bike cruisers, a beach cart and toys! That saved so much on packing all of those items. Location - It is a straight shot to the beach if you want to ride bikes, a pretty busy road, but sidewalks and lots of people walking and biking. Our older kids 15 and 16 rode their bikes no problem there. Our other crew would get dropped off while one of the adults went back to park the car and bike back. Parking was insane, however, we were down labor day weekend as well. While staying at the house we walked across the street to a candy shop, and down the sidewalk to an ice cream shop. The little kids loved that. Also papa johns pizza was right across the street and perfect for late night snacks! There is a community pool directly next to the house, so it almost felt like the home came with a pool. We literally could see our kids swimming from the dining room and living room. So perfect! If you have a lot of little kids there is one bedroom that sleeps 7!! Triple bunk bed, and then another bunk bed that has a double on the bottom, twin on top and pull out trundle twin. The game room in the garage was also amazing, the kids and dads enjoyed the vintage gaming machine more than we expected! There really is not one bad thing to say about this home and the management and owner. We would rent this again in a heartbeat! Sincerely, Happy Beach Goers

Beautiful property and great location!

We can't say enough about how awesome our stay was. The owner is incredibly responsive and really made us psyched for our trip. The home is absolutely beautiful and is in a great location with so much walkable fun to ice cream, mini golf, restaurants, and more. We had a great trip and will definitely try to stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

We loved the house(large extended family gathering, 12 total). House is more beautiful and spacious than pictures. Very clean and we were very comfortable! Amenities were great for everyone. Right next to the pool! Neighborhood is quiet and quaint yet close to everything! Loved all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Walk to beach Is not bad at all. Our 1st trip to Bethany Beach and we’d love to come again! The house is beautiful and has everything you’ll need!
