We have stayed at numerous VRBO and other home rental services. Unfortunately, this property was not described accurately by the owners. We are healthy senior citizens who can use most hosted facilities without any problems. We had intended to use one of the three bedrooms for friends in their seventies. The room was described as accommodating four persons, having
bunk beds and “two twin beds”. The twin beds turned out to be “floor beds”( the owner’s words). In other words, a twin mattress on the floor and a three inch thick mat on the floor We realized that two of our 75 year old friends who were planning to visit would be unable to use the “floor beds” .Also, please be advised that the house comes with mice.Previous guests had commented about their presence .Not only did we see numerous droppings but we recorded a mouse which joined us in the living room. We told the owners about this during our stay and they did nothing to remedy it.
After six days, we asked for a full refund only for week two. Our request was rejected. Efforts to have VRBO assist us went nowhere. The owner may respond to this review with personal attacks but will likely not address the complaints, which has happened with previous guests.
