A massive 5-bedroom haven of space and coastal luxury. This 3,200+ square foot, direct oceanfront penthouse condominium in Ocean City, MD., comprising the entire oceanfront section of the top floor, is a rare vacation rental. The entire unit was completely renovated in the winter of 2024- EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW. This unit offers five bedrooms, three full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a ton of interior and exterior living space.
The living area features a spacious living room with sleep-sofas, a dining area, a wet bar, and a fully-equipped kitchen with luxury appliances. The condo’s end-unit location maximizes the views throughout the condo and lets in tons of natural light for an open feel, not to mention north and south 180- degree beach and bay views that go on forever. There are also two large private balconies off of the living area and primary bedroom that are great places to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.
Building amenities include direct beach access, a large indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, game room, outside shower, onsite parking, multiple elevators and security. Restaurants, shopping and more are all within walking distance. This is luxury oceanfront vacationing at its absolute best!
Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes two parking spaces. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
