    The Space:

    Walk to the beach from this amazing group getaway, located just 0.3 miles from the beach. Fire up the gas grill for a cookout in the backyard, or stroll to a wide selection of local eateries. The screened porch is ideal for after-dinner drinks, while the firepit provides a perfect spot to stargaze. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer/dryer. All on one floor, the inviting interior features cathedral ceilings and lovely natural light. Whip up delicious dishes in the convenient kitchen, configured with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after days on the beach, or unwind in one of two plush suites. Four guest bedrooms and 3 guest baths provide plenty of space for the group. Things to Know Dog-friendly Two decks (one screens and one open) are available for guests An outdoor shower is available for guests Streaming available (using own accounts) Beach chairs (four) The sofa bed in the living room is queen-size Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

This would be an incredible find if the house was kept up with. The space is great, however there was water damage under the kitchen sink, areas in ceiling vents that look like they are covered in mold, and ants in the bathroom near the living room. The cleaning crew did close to the bare minimum. There were old food wrappers in a closet and it was obvious that furniture wasn’t moved to vacuum under or around. If the property was maintained, this would be my go-to spot for vacation.

Wow we have rented several VRBO rentals and this is hands down the worse one! I reserved this rental for my husband’s milestone bday. Mold in vents, holes and marks in the walls, beer cans in the fire pit, stains on the rug, broken back screen door, infested millipedes inside the house and warped floor boards. It was super gross! We texted the property management firm and still haven’t heard back at all!

This property is disgusting. Not cleaned properly, at all. There is mold under the sink and in the primary bathroom. Cobwebs cover the corners of the bedroom. There is a constant trail of ants going from the front door to the dining room. Even with constant cleaning and vacuuming, they do not subside. I contacted the host and have not heard back from them on the ant/mold issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
