Boho Bayside: 2 King Suites

This is not your typical OCMD property: Experience Ocean City in a truly unique and special way at this stylish boho 3-level townhome with two king suites, views of the bay AND a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, and many special touches. Perfect for 6 adults - each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The primary suite on the third level is the show stopper of this place:
-Open floor plan
-Bay views from the king bed
-Electric "fireplace"
-Coffee bar
-Large soaking tub with rainwater showerhead (Note that the soaking tub and shower is open to the rest of the room, for a totally unique experience. For more privacy, there are two other enclosed showers in this unit.)

You'll love the rest of this unique and stylish home:
-Natural pine floors throughout
-Interesting artwork and beachy boho design - not your typical coastal/nautical design
-A well-stocked kitchen
-Three decks (one per level) with views of the bay and a little of the Atlantic Ocean
-A comfy Joybird sectional couch
-A second king suite (besides the primary suite on the top floor) - with a private deck and bathroom
-Dedicated workspace with inspiring views
-Third bedroom features a queen bed, a desk, and has its own hall bathroom
-Comes will all linens, bedding, and towels (bring your own beach towels)
-6 beach chairs available for guests to borrow
-Washer and dryer in unit
-Short walk to the beach (just across Ocean Highway)
-Two assigned free parking spots
-Dock access to drop your own kayak or SUP in the bay
-In the heart of Ocean City - within walking distance to awesome restaurants and shopping

While we make every attempt to honor requests for an early check-in, please note that during the summer season, we may not be able to offer check-in before 4pm. If you plan to arrive at the property before 4pm, please let a member of our team know so we can try to accommodate you. If you have not spoken with our team, please plan to arrive at 4pm or later.

We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit.

For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.

This property is managed by a small, female-owned business - we're obsessed with the guest experience and aim to make sure your stay is top-notch.

Note: There is a camera on the exterior of this property for security purposes. The camera is pointed at the front entry.
We use Sentry Wynd noise and smoke monitoring to ensure our guests are not breaking Ocean City's noise ordinance.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Primary renter must be age 25+. This rental is not ideal for Senior Week stays.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend

Check in process & communication was easy and timely! House was clean and easily accessible to all local attractions. This was perfect for two families. Plenty of space to be together but separate balconies for privacy when desired. Would highly recommend!
