    The Space:

    This four-bedroom home is a great beach getaway for a large family! You'll love this oceanfront townhome located directly on the beach. There is a beach-level deck off the living room and balconies off three of the bedrooms. You'll also have lots of in-suite amenities that include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a mounted flatscreen TV.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Please be advised that grilling and the use of propane tanks are strictly prohibited at this property due to fire safety regulations. There is no smoking allowed on the balcony.
