Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have full access to all areas of the house. Feel free to explore and enjoy this thoughtfully designed space and make yourself at home.



On the ground floor, you will walk through an entrance hallway that opens into bright and inviting common areas, including a dining room with a hand-carved cantera stone table, a full bathroom, a cozy living room with a TV, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.



To provide greater privacy and tranquility, all bedrooms are located on the upper floor. At the top of the stairs, on the left side, you will find access to the terrace and a king bedroom with views of the church. On the right side, there is a spacious king bedroom featuring a large closet and a crib for babies.



Further down the hallway, on the left, you will find another king bedroom overlooking the stunning chandeliers handcrafted from natural fibers. On the right side, there is a full bathroom and two additional king bedrooms.



At the end of the hallway, on the right, there is a bedroom with two queen beds and two full bathrooms. On the left, you will find another access point to the terrace and a king bedroom with private terrace access and beautiful views of the church.



Please note that two doors located in the kitchen area are secured with digital locks. These spaces are reserved exclusively for our staff and are used to store cleaning supplies and maintenance items.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in one of Oaxaca’s most desirable and well-situated neighborhoods. Just a few steps away, you will find convenience stores, ice cream shops, cafés, restaurants, and a wonderful variety of places to experience local life.



The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and very pleasant to explore on foot. Its prime location provides easy access to some of the city’s most important cultural, culinary, and architectural landmarks.



At the same time, as one of Oaxaca’s most vibrant and sought-after areas, there may be activity and a lively atmosphere in the evenings, especially on weekends, during holiday seasons, and throughout traditional celebrations. This unique combination offers the best of both worlds: the authenticity and energy of Oaxaca alongside the comfort of an exceptional location.



Getting Around:

The historic center is just a 6-minute drive or a 14-minute walk from the property. There, you can explore some of Oaxaca’s most iconic landmarks, including Santo Domingo Church, the Ethnobotanical Garden, the Museum of Cultures, as well as a wonderful selection of restaurants, rooftop terraces with breathtaking views, local design shops, traditional markets, and charming cafés.



Uber is not available in Oaxaca; however, Didi operates in the city. Please note that wait times can sometimes be long, so the most convenient ways to get around are by local taxi or on foot, allowing you to fully experience the city’s unique atmosphere, architecture, and culture.



Need to go further? Taxis are easy to find, and ride-share apps like Didi work reliably.

For day trips to places like Monte Albán or Hierve el Agua and for the most comfortable and seamless experience, we highly recommend using our private transportation services during your stay. Our trusted drivers can assist with airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly chauffeur services, personalized city tours, and transportation for larger groups, allowing you to explore comfortably without worrying about traffic, parking, or logistics.
