気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度
ラオジャの隣で、その横にラスブーゲンビリヤスがある場所。カフェの奥が中庭で周りに部屋がある。部屋は蛾が死んでいて、清潔感がない。フロントは親切に対応してくれる。ほぼスペイン語。夜中近くのデイスコテカがうるさくて、全く眠れない。ベットは大きくて、枕が多くていい。硬くて腰がいたくなるから、気をつけてね。

Great location, helpful staff, and nice courtyard
The staff were very helpful and the restaurant was great! Beautiful courtyard, comfortable rooms and AC. Great location for walking around Oaxaca.

Disappointing the least to say
We stayed at the hotel 6 nights and overall was disappointing. The photos of the hotel are misleading as provide an impression that you can enjoy sitting in the main area only to realize that it’s a sinking room and there is no lobby and sitting area in the hotel except 2 arm chairs. Moreover, the entrance of the hotel looks like a back entrance to a restaurant where several rooms with empty fridges and hotel inventory is stored. We received 1 day before check out a notice that a taxi is waiting for us to leave the hotel, and only after inquiring the hotel staff realized it made a Mistake. While a hotel staff, hardly knowing any English, at the reception agreed for our late check out in the day of stay, she didn’t inform the receptionist the following day who was about to charge us extra for late check out. We had to argue with the staff convincing of their mistake. The only food compliment I can give is to the wonderful room cleaning staff who cleaned the room and arranged it nicely. What else was disturbing is that there were no fridges in the rooms, an appliance you would expect considering the room price per Night. Overall impression was disappointing. I am attaching some photos to reflect the view from the main entrance and main area of the hotel.

Oaxaca preciosa Ciudad, pero su gente NO tiene espíritu de servicio. Nadie hace el mínimo esfuerzo por tratarte bien, NADIE, todos dan por hecho que volverás. Muy triste ver lleno de puestos ambulantes, cubren toda la belleza de la ciudad Hotel Bien, punto, no sobresaliente, no amable su gente, el desayuno empieza muy muy muy muy tarde, y cierran temprano el restaurante y el bar NUNCA lo abren

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación! Pero no fue el servicio que esperábamos. Los meseros no estaban atentos, el aire acondicionado de un cuarto no funcionó y ni si quiera pudieron brindar hielo con agua y también estaban remodelando el techo desde las 8 de la mañana. Siempre regresamos a mexico por su gran servicio, espero que lo mejoren!

Servicio de alimentos muy bueno, el desayuno nos encanto, es un hotel tranquilo y cómodo, la zona donde está ubicado es muy fácil de caminar al rededor, súper cerca de Santo Domingo. Los únicos puntos a mejorar es que la terraza del hotel no estaba en servicio y permanecía cerrada, también sobre el personal de recepción (un hombre) al inicio mencionó que nuestra reserva no se encontraba, y fue algo tardado rastrearla por medio del código de expedía, también una vez que la encontró quiso hacernos un cargo extra y que era necesario pagarlo solo en efectivo y sin dar un comprobante o recibo, lo cual se nos hizo súper raro ya que ya estaba liquidada la reservación. El resto del personal no hubo tema y fueron muy amables

Joya a la vuelta de Santo Domingo
La ubicación es insuperable. Lindos cuartos camas muy cómodas. Silencioso y apacible. Excelente servicio y amabilidad del personal en general. La habitación que nos tocó un poco más pequeña de lo esperado (205) y sin ventanas al exterior, lo que ayuda con el silencio pero se siente encerrada y obscura. Estuvimos cómodos y a gusto. Quizá el precio es alto para lo que ofrece y el horario del restaurante es limitado. Regresaremos sin duda en el futuro.

Casa Vertiz is a beautiful hotel. I eat breakfast and dinner there multiple times during my stay and the staff and food were impeccable. My room was comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend Hotel Casa Vertiz.

Siempre que voy a Oaxaca, me quedo aquí. Es una casa muy linda, ubicada perfectamente para caminar el centro y con cuartos amplios y cómodos. Esta vez hubo un par de cosas que no me gustaron: mi cuarto estaba frente a la recepción y el patio donde montan el desayuno así que desde antes de las 7 am se escuchaba todo el ruido del montaje, los platos, los cubiertos... mucho ruido muy molesto. Lo otro que no me gustó fué que un dia regresamos al hotel a las 5 pm y aún no habian pasado a limpiar el cuarto.

Casa Vertiz is a gorgeous property. The room was everything we needed and more. The restaurant in the courtyard and the bar upstairs were beautiful and very convenient. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Oaxaca city.

Perfect place to stay in Oaxaca! It’s nice and close to a ton of restaurants, bars, museums and galleries. The room was impeccably clean everyday and always looking great. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. They have a doorman 24/7 and lock the doors at sundown so that made me feel extra secure and helped me sleep easy. Can’t beat this place for the price. Would absolutely book again.

Cute place w/ friendly staff - recommend!
Very friendly staff, nice courtyard, solid bar on the roof. Showers were hot with good water pressure. They cleaned our room each day. If I had to be nit-picky I would say that our bed was a little too hard. But overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
