"Staff was extremely kind. Their travel agent Carmen is amazing, she booked us trips and made sure we were safe. We didn’t know that there was a teacher’s strike and many streets around our hotel were a sea of camping tents and tarps strung across the roads. There were road closures due to the strike. Overall, it was a very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown but apparently we came at a weird time."

"It was clean. Older with sinks that sometimes gave hot water, sometimes not. Showers always have hot. Rooms dark. If you don’t speak Spanish you may have trouble communicating with the staff. Staff all friendly, willing to help & accommodating. Central location. Good pricing."
