2/10 Terrible

"Dirty dusty outdated rooms, stains on curtains, and flooring. Our room was so dusty that i had to check out a day early because it was making my daughters asthma flare up. One tiny elevator working for 12 floors and the way to the elevator was weird and long. Me and my kids had to shower with straight cold water because there was no hot. Lady at desk said a manager would get in touch with me but its been almost a week and i have never gotten any call. Definitely not worth the price i paid and would not recommend to anyone. Looks nice from lobby, but past that its awful!!!!!"

"The lobby, bar and restaurant are nice but the rooms are outdated. The AC doesn't work correctly (we had a portable AC unit in the second room we requested, first one AC wasn't working at all) and they weren't very clean. There was stuff splattered on the walls around the trash can that hadn't been wiped off and the occasional chair looked dingy and old. Bed was ok but in a double room, they are only full size, not queen and the pillows were lumpy. There were no extra towels (only 2 of everything in a double room) and the "handicap" room was a bathtub with rails and a pedestal sink. Not exactly handicap IMO and no room to lay out makeup or hot tools to get ready and fix hair. Will not be staying here again."

"Laurie was very helpful and nice at check in then providing me more wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles. Ty! Another staff member was not so nice- I got locked out of my room while doing laundry. (The key did not work.) Went to front desk- thought it was funny- (why?) Then I asked to charge my account for 3 quarters ( .75) to finish drying. Response-No we don't do that. I had to go back up to the 3rd floor with the new key, get $1 bill, bring it back down to the front desk to get the 3 quarters then back up to the 3rd floor to feed the dryer. (I paid $352.05 per night because I attended the KU graduation. Super expensive- total price gouge.)"

"The building in the picture looks new and it had excellent ratings. But, the rooms looked like some areas made get have had an update but not a full room update. (Like new tile in shower but not drain. New counters but very worn cabinets. ) It was clean which is my priority, but not the quality I would have expected for the price. I would possibly stay here again, but I also may look at other properties in the area."
