「Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops」

「I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak...

「Front desk and employee were horrible🎣」

「Convenient location close to attractions like the zoo and stadium.」

「The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.」

「Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...

「We enjoyed our stay with a couple exceptions. The Roku didn’t work and the trains woke us up at night. 」

「Fantastic in every way. Interestingly quirky without being weird. Quiet. Great lighting. Convenient parking.」

「Convenient location to get around greater Knoxville. Felt safe in the immediate neighborhood. Quick walk across the street to coffee or just a short walk to KBrew. Great pizza at A Dopo for dinner. Easy drive to UT campus. Addressed a few concerns with host and she was quick to respond.」

「Location was great. Great communication with host」

「Perfect for two people. Close to the city, great walking area, food options. Clean and comfortable.」

「Clean apartment. Slept like a baby! Easy check in and out! Right in the middle of town and close to Tanner's and MoCo Brewing Co.」

「Everything was great! The host was very responsive and helpful with accommodating any needs we had! The room was clean & cozy. It was also private and felt safe. They were willing to let two of our friends stay if needed as well (on an air mattress of course), despite the space being made more for only 2 guests, which was very helpful for us. We stayed for a UT football game, & it was about a 10-15 min drive !」

「We had such a great stay! The unit had everything we needed and more! The unit was clean and they provided two parking spots. The appliances were new and had no issues. Communication with the host was excellent. The host was very quick to respond. We will definitely come back!」

「Bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet. The bed is comfortable. You will sleep well here.」
