"Lofn" is a 1Br 1Ba located on Market Square,Middle of Everything

Comfortable one bedroom one bath apartment with a fold out queen sofa. Relax and read, or hit the town. Located on Market Square with two entrances, one on the Square and one on the street with an elevator to go to your apartment. Very secure.
Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

This was our second stay at Lofn and it worked out perfectly. The unit is clean, comfortable and just as described. The location is ideal - close to restaurants and shops, and walking distance to campus. I really appreciate the amenities provided. We will definitely continue to stay here in the future!

Great location but you WILL hear the music from below

Great location with all the amenities you would want. Very comfortable. There are ear plugs by the bed for a reason. The music from the bar below and bands in Market Square were clearly audible in the unit with the blinds and curtains closed.

Fantastic location for Volleyball Tournament

Returned this year for Volleyball Tournament Location is excellent - Vibe is a little different - missed the Zen Namaste decor - but excellent accommodations and wonderful location

Great location

Such a great apartment in a great area of town. Exactly what we needed. Market Square has fantastic restaurants and this apartment was right there at them. Had everything we needed and mad for a great stay.

The property was gee re at. It was my daughter and I we were in town for a diving camp and to tour the University. It was clean, safe and the location was great. Enjoyed everything about the property!

We have stayed in this building several times over the last 3 years. It is our go-to spot. We like bringing our dogs and they are pet friendly. We love being on Market Square and right off Gay Street. We will certainly stay again!

Loft stay

The rental was clean and in the middle of everything - walking distance or a cheap uber ride away. The Condo was very private - felt like I was the only one in the building.

The apartment was secure, clean & right in the middle of everything! We found the special touches that sometimes aren’t provided like shampoo, luxurious towels, coffee & little snacks even more inviting! The pull out couch mattress was a bit lumpy, but after a long day, it didn’t disrupt a tired kid. We’d definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable location

This property is in the heart of downtown Knoxville. I stayed for about a month and I found it excellent for my needs. Some previous reviews have complained about the noise which I think is a bit silly because you’re in the heart of a city, there will be noise. Especially on a lively square like Market Square. I’m used to city living and so I slept fine personally. The place had everything I needed. There was a wifi issue which was quickly resolved thanks to quick action from the host. I had no more wifi issues after that and was able to work and stream no problem. Also, I thought the bed was very comfortable but I must admit the mattress cover made me a little hot. The windows may need a little attention because they seemed a bit drafty. But the appliances were very nice and there was even a kettle. There was a large smart tv and a big couch. There were even welcome goodies which I found quite sweet. Overall though it was a really good place and I’d happily stay there again!

The place was easy to find with the directions given. Couple minor issues with the cleanliness but the owner resolved quickly. Plenty of towels and blankets. Other people mentioned about noise but I honestly barely noticed it and we stayed Thursday - Sunday. Didn't need the earplugs that were supplied. The location was perfect didn't need to use our car until we left. Will try to stay again next time we are in Knoxville.

Loved the loft. Small but adequate space. Perfect location. Felt super safe! The farmers market on Wednesday and Saturday was nice addition to restaurants in Market Square. Minor suggestions: add mirror in bedroom and provide knives beyond butter knives.

I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat.

Perfect in every way!

We found this to be the perfect place to stay for a true Knoxville experience. It is located at the center of everything and easy to get out of the town with a very convenient garage. The fully appointed apartment is very comfortable and roomy. Loved the decor.Communication with the property manager was outstanding - a very personable and efficient individual.Would stay there again!
