"This review is about a month late, but our stay was great. The host was great to work with and accommodated our need to extend our stay. The property was pet-friendly, and my dogs absolutely loved the doggy door. So many rooms were perfect for my family because the older kids appreciated not having to share with the younger kids. The house was clean, and I loved that the owners had a no-shoes rule. It gave me peace of mind that they try to keep the house clean. The only downside is that there isn't a living room area, but a large TV in the kitchen and dining area. I recommended this rental to my family coming into town for Thanksgiving if it's available. This is an excellent place for groups of people who want space but don't necessarily need to stay there for entertaining. "

"The house needs work, very old…has that old smell too. No TP when we got there, host immediately brings over. It was as if he was looking for an excuse to come. Very overpriced. "

"We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. "
