"I had a really unpleasant stay. The room was in terrible condition — the walls were covered with dark spots, and the bed linen was completely stained and full of lint. The shared bathroom didn’t have any clearly personal or clean towels, so it was impossible to know whether they had already been used by other guests. Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and poorly maintained. Definitely not recommended."

"The instructions were a little confusing on how to get to the apartment. Once there, we found we couldn’t control the temperature and we were a little cold through the night. The bathroom had no counter space, the pillows on the bed had cases that were much too large for them resulting in an uncomfortable bunched up pillow, the kettle had particles of calcium floating around in the leftover water from a previous person, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. "The Sorat Hotel Saxx Nurnberg is perhaps the single most perfect hotel to stay in while in Nuremberg. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable to direct guest and make suggestions for the area including restaurants and activities. Morning breakfast here is simple but filling, including eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruits, and various pastries. It is a small hotel with generously sized rooms. The Highlight to this hotel is the location as it overlooks The Hauptmarkt which is the Main Market Square. It proved to be the PERFECT location as we could open our windows and look directly at The Christmas Markets which are held there every winter! Making purchases at The Christmas Markets and walking it up to the room, coming down for more and repeat! Absolutely perfect! Some of the best restaurants and The Frauenkirche is also a stone's throw from the hotel. Surprisingly enough the walls and windows are so well insulated that you cannot hear any noise from the outside including the bell that rings from the church! Basically, this is the best hotel in the city if you want to be in the heart of the city. Friendly staff, sizeable rooms, good breakfast and views that are unrivaled! The only thing missing is a gym but you are on vacation! "
