「If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona!」

「The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again.」

「A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport...

「The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again」

「10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel. All of the staff and owner was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The entire place was clean. 」
