"Bathrooms could use a little TLC and some of the furniture is banged up a bit. Concierge is excellent! Outdoor courtyard space is amazing for kids to keep busy with many outside games and firepits. Easy access to many nearby attractions. Great small gym."

"Hyatt has a lot of amenities available to any guest, even if you're not a member. Which is very nice. I would have given 5 stars but the pillows were awful, all down no firm ones at all. So they would just squish and flatten into nothing. There is no microwave and the refrigerator is very tiny. The biggest problem for us personally was no in room A/C. There is a thermostat that allows you to turn on a fan that wafts a gentle breath of cool air from the ceiling vent. Big difference from having a unit in room that you can control. There was a light mildew smell but it wasn't overwhelming. Otherwise a very nice king corner room ,excellent staff,and a lot of amenities. Also the best hotel room coffee I've ever had"
