"Air conditioning was extremely noisy. Room next door was noisy. Didn’t sleep and parking was horrible. 34 dollars to park in ridiculous garage. Over priced. Do not recommend"

"I want to preface this by saying everything about our stay was fine except this one incident Sunday morning. As I was leaving to attend a meeting, I could hear noise in the hallway of the 6th floor. I left my wife asleep as she wanted to sleep in. It was the room attendant, a male who was letting doors slam or banging his trashcan against the doors or walls. This noise was being made at 9am. The trash can had casters so it should have rolled quietly. To top it all off you could hear him talking loudly on his cell phone on what sounded to be a very non-business conversation the entire time he was on the floor cleaning as he left the room doors open as he cleaned. We had requested a late check out of 12 noon, yet at 11:00 am, he began to knock on the door waking my wife whom I had left to sleep-in while I was in a meeting offsite. Does he not understand that some people stay in hotels on the weekends so that they can sleep in especially on a Sunday morning. There was absolutely no sense in the behavior of this room attendant. Sounded like he just plain and simply hates his job and cares nothing about customer service or respect. I have traveled for business and pleasure from Miami to Salt Lake City and have never experienced such a rude person! Don't know what his trouble was, but I did not confront him because I fear he would have escalated based on his demeanor."

"Didn't have any of the amenities they stated no kitchen, no breakfast, place looked like trash. Pool was unusable looked like clear slime in the pool as the water. And they refuse to give me my deposit!! claiming property damage but we kept the room decent just some ashes in a smoking room with no ash tray we didn't break or damage anything but claim we did. Also tried to get cash out of me. We had an upstairs at first but a/c wasn't working took an hr for someone to come look at it over 2 hrs to get a different room (started vomiting from the heat)! I do not believe I'm the only one they stole the deposit from bc a guest was discussing that when I checked in hers was 50 but my deposit was 100. This place reeks of scams!"
