「Room was clean」

「Everything was great. The only thing I thought that was wrong - Parking Having to pay for parking was not something I have ever done at a hotel. $35 +/- for 3 days was not breaking the bank but did seam silly」

「We really enjoyed the suite on the lower floor with access to the pool area/patio very comfortable bed, sheets and towels were excellent. I would definitely stay again if we are in the area.」

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...

「Ok」

「The room was great and the bar was nice but parking was a joke. I have a tahoe and the spaces were so small that parking was insane. When i pulled into a spot my tires on both sides were on the lines. I also have a disabled vet abd they had very few handicapped spaces that filled up very quickly.」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」
