"The staff at check in was very helpful. We paid for early check in and were 30 minutes early and she accommodated us. Lucien was so nice and friendly and made us the BEST hurricanes !! The rooms were very clean and comfortable ! The lobby was beautiful !!"

"Although my husband needed to cover the window for real darkness in the room and the door between the 2 rooms not well isolated( we could hear pretty much everything from the convi to the snoring the guy next room was snoring very loudly) the room was beautiful and the view on the pool was nice. It was a cold weekend (even for us, canadians) so we didn't get the chance to try their heated pool. Our room was cleaned everyday, bed done, towels changed(usefull with the type of room we got), new water bottles and coffee. The staff were all nice. The valet guys were all gents. Truly a beautiful hotel well runned! "
