「Our room was not ready and they told us we not get the room we reserved (two queen beds) and that the could give us a king. We had 4 people on our reservation. And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding.
