「I want to take the time to thank Amanda and Sarah for making our stay (Saturday, January 17th - Monday, January 19th) at One Lakeside Hotel the best. We've stayed at several other hotels in the area, and they don't even compare with the Love, service, and professionalism that you all give to your customers It started with a booking from Expedia that went south, and Amanda saved the day. She gave us all the time we needed and understood exactly what we were going through. We will never use...

「The room was clean and decently sized for the price. Spacious bathroom and nice hot water. There is noise until around 11pm as the Family Fun Park is open until 10pm on the weekends. Not a big deal to us since we were there for the park. Hotel is strict but polite about getting everyone settled asap so that's nice. 」
